⿻ Tea & Health 茶學入門及茶道養生 — Certificate Course
When we first begin learning about tea, we often encounter fragmented and scattered pieces of information.
At times, we may feel that we understand certain concepts — yet later realize we can’t quite grasp their full context, origins, or how to apply them in daily life.
Over time, this can make the study of tea seem abstract and distant.
Through this course, my aim is to help you build a structured foundation — connecting knowledge step by step so that “knowing” becomes true “understanding.”
Beyond enhancing your daily tea experience, this course invites you to rediscover tea as something tangible, grounded, and deeply experiential — not mystical, but meaningful.
Ultimately, I hope each participant finds joy, curiosity, and confidence in tea learning — allowing tea to become a medium that connects you with others, and with your own inner self.
