▸Practice gaiwan brewing: tools, techniques, and step-by-step workflow▸Introduction to green tea and oolong tea
▸Learn how to analyze and adjust brewing methods for green and oolong teas
▸Green tea brewing: lower-temperature brewing techniques
▸Oolong tea brewing: aroma-enhancing brewing techniques
*** Participants are not required to enroll in all three sessions— you may choose to attend one or two sessions only. However, to ensure everyone has the same learning foundation, Section 1 must be completed first before enrolling in session 2 or session 3. ***
