Due to health and safety concerns, our teas are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. However, this does not include any right to a refund or exchange.
