Shipping Information

1. FREE Curbside Pick Up 

We offer curbside pick up on all our purchases. Purchases are usually ready within one to two days after an order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

Please have your order number ready when picking up.

You may pickup the item at the Finch location once you received our confirmation email, free of charge.

2. Shipping Rates (Ontario)

Currently, we only ship our product(s) within Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

•    Local express shipping with a flat rate of CAD 10.
•    Free shipping for orders over CAD 120.
•    Delivery times typically range from 3 to 9 business days.

We will not be responsible for any customs clearance charges and duties incurred.
