從茶的起源、分類，到茶席與茶具，建立對茶的基本認識，再一起體驗蓋碗沖泡。
02 ▮ 六大茶類，喝喝看。
一次品飲六大茶類，從外形、香氣與滋味比較它們的不同與特色，並嘗試降溫沖泡。
03 ▮ 「品」 - 品茗、品評，品質。
學習留意香氣、滋味及身體感受，比較不同工藝與品質，並嘗試提香沖泡。

Explore tea origins and types, tea setup and tools, then get hands-on with gaiwan brewing.
02 ▮ Six tea types, let’s taste!
Taste all six tea types, compare their appearance, aroma and flavour, and try lower-temperature brewing.
03 ▮ Sip and Sense.
Notice aroma, flavour and how the tea feels in your body. Compare craft and quality, then try aroma-enhancing brewing.
